UK Haddock has become a scarce resource, leading to a forced reduction in supply. How could this effect the Hospitality industry?

Restraunts and food suppliers are being put under increased pressure to offer sustainable seafood to their customers. And with the news of one of the UK's most popular fish being put on the unsustainable list by the Marine Conservation society (MCS) it looks like this may become even more troublesome for UK restraunts and seafood suppliers from now on.
